Payday 3 is a new video game produced by Starbreeze Studios and published by Deep Silver. This is the third game in the “Payday” series after “Payday 2”. The game was released on September 21, 2023.

“Payday 3” continues the events of “Payday 2”. Original robbery gangs such as The Dallas, The Chains, The Wolves and The Hoxton have gone their separate ways and put their criminal lives behind them. However, something brings them back to the world of robbery. There are also two new characters, “Joy” from “Payday 2” and a brand new character named “Pearl”. Most of the action takes place in New York, with one mission set at the “Gold & Sharke Incorporated” bank. The time period of the game is the 2020s, and new elements such as advanced surveillance and the influence of cryptocurrency are introduced.

The development of the game was announced in May 2016 by Starbreeze Studios and produced by Overkill Software. In March 2021, Plaion committed a significant investment in supporting the game’s development, including updates a year and a half after launch. Payday 3 is built using Unreal Engine 4, but will be upgraded to Unreal Engine 5 later. A trailer titled “New Dawn of Crime” was released on January 1, 2023, showing off the game for the first time.
Payday 3 Gold and Shark Vault Codes
To access the required code, first locate the server room on the second floor. Its exact location may vary from different heists, but generally speaking, it’s hidden in a far corner of the second floor, accessible from the main staircase. Typically, you’ll find the server room adjacent to the bank manager’s room, either to the left or right. The bank manager’s room is strategically located opposite the staircase in the center of the floor, providing a reference point for navigation.

Payday 3 Gold Shake Bank Robbery Guide
Arrive at the second floor of Gold & Shake Bank in Payday 3:
- The Gold & Shake Bank second-floor door was initially inaccessible. Your first task is to unlock it using the red keycard.
- The red key card is located in an office in the corner of the building. The keycard would never be in the human resources office, but hacking into that office’s computer would give away its location.
- Once you have the keycard, use it to open the door to the second floor and gain access to important administrative offices and the vault.
Reach the Gold & Shake Bank’s vault in Payday 3:
- To open the door to the vault hall, you need the password. Hack the computers in the server room in front of the bank to get the code.
- Access computers in one of the two back offices during the hack to restore progress.
- Enter the correct code from the hacker into the keypad to open the vault door. If the alarm triggers, you will need to use a different method to hack the keyboard.
Quietly open the Gold & Shake Bank’s vault in Payday 3:
- Disable the laser to reach the vault. Hack into a nearby electrical panel to determine which electrical switch on the electrical panel to turn on.
- Find and activate the four power strips placed randomly on the second floor. Turn on the correct switch shown on the panel near the vault door.
- Get the blue key card from the bank manager and use it to enter his office. Retrieve the cash on his desk and access his computer to start the process of unlocking the vault.
Use Gold & Shake Bank’s heat gun to open the vault in Payday 3:
- If the alarm goes off, use a heat gun to burn through the vault door.
- Assemble the thermal spray gun using the three dropped parts and fuel it using the oxygen tank found in the bank. If the carbon canister runs out during combustion, replace the canister.
- Open the vault door after the burning process is complete.
Escape using Gold & Shake Bank’s bank server in “Payday 3”:
- Inside the vault, open the lock on the cage to access the private server behind the wooden panel under Patricia Sharke’s counter.
- Bag all the cash in the servers and vaults to escape.
- Depending on whether the alarm is triggered, escape to the parking lot or rooftop to protect your loot and complete the heist.
